SHIPPING & RETURNS

All our product are made with the best materials, all of them are hand made and very unique so please allow an extra time on production and delivery, to make a dress it can take between  3 to 6 weeks.

 

All refunds/returns/exchanges are decided on a case-by-case basis.

 If an item is unsatisfactory, a written explanation  plus pictures are needed before the item may be considered for a refund, please email me juliekrimmel@hotmail.com 

Also we need to receive complain in the next 3 days after delivery.
